In only three starts in the ARCA Menards Series this season, hot shoe Ty Majeski already has heads turning. He started his shortened season with a 4th place finish at Talladega Super Speedway on April 26th. Ty was the only Ford in the top 5 with all Toyotas. Happy with his finish, Ford and Chad Bryant racing were anticipating another stellar finish at his next race in Charlotte on May 23. Ty was honored when Crestliner Boats agreed to support him for several races starting with the race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Sporting a patriotic scheme, Ty proudly displayed the American flag as well as the Crestliner Boats logo on his hood and quarter panels. Ty was running in the top three for most of the race. As the laps wore down, Majeski was able to take advantage of the leaders mistake and secure his first ever win on a national stage! “I’m so proud to put the Crestliner Boats sponsored Chad Bryant car into victory lane. I don’t come from money so I have to make my mark by keeping relevant and that means winning. It means the world to me that Chad and Crestliner put faith in me and I’m going to do everything it takes to be successful” Ty Majeski stated.
To follow up the win at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Ty’s next race was the weekend after at Pocono Raceway on May 31. Ty went from fifth to third in two laps. He ran third for a good part of the race until he secured second. With 19 laps to go, a precision green flag pit stop got Ty to the lead and stayed there the final 19 laps. The Crestliner Boats Sponsored Chad Bryant Racing Car was parked back in victory lane for the second consecutive time! “This is surreal!” Stated Ty Majeski, “I knew that final pit stop was coming and it was critical that I get out ahead of (Herbst.) I felt I had a better car but once I got in dirty air, I tightened up and it made it difficult to gain on him.I played that pit stop out in my mind and knew what we had to do. The team just did a phenomenal job! Thanks to Chad, Paul Andrews and the whole team!”
Watch for Ty’s Next ARCA Race on June 7 at Michigan International Speedway! It will be broadcast live on FS1.
